It was a once in a life time experience.
it was amazing learning from Alli, Ashley, Jacob, Jeremy, Jomo.

THEY ARE DAMN GOOD!
On day 1, we went and were amazed by the stunts we were supposed to learn
cos it was general and not advanced
therefore, we presume that it was gonna be copable.
however, we were shocked.
the stunts were so advanced!
my oh my.
my team and i tried extension lib with nice gripping.
it was stable.
i love it and i was able to execute it! (:
then vanessa asked me to do full up.
scary, so i gave it a skip.
i did toss to chair cos i cant toss to hands that well yet.
then i learnt basket toss (straight toss)

after the workshop, my team and i went back to PPCC.
we did our 2 sets of 1-1-1 and one set of 2-2-1.
set A (1-1-1): Melvin soh, melvin tan, weeleong, sohvil, yan, sharon.
set B (1-1-1): JY, Ashley, Pamela, Stanley, Harlis, XinYi.
2-2-1: Zahara, Vega, SohFia, ShuYu, Candice, Meng Heng, Victor.

then today we went for the workshop again.
i was the only one there with boyf
so we joined legacy to train.
they were nice people.

did elevator, straddle, elevator
did extension, straddle, extension.
was fun.
then did the erm .. i dont know what it is called.
you "jump" onto your bases' hands with your right feet over your left then after then they will extend you and you will turn and face the other side.
it was cool! ((:
had fun.
then also did erm .. walk up to extension is it?
HAHAHAHA. i think that is its name.
after my fellow team mates came after lunch,
we did the ext,straddle,ext again.
then after that BB asked me to do full up (360), straddle and ext.
(: fun fun.
i wanna perfect it!

we ended at 4pm.
our team and monster joined hand and did tth.
